DIY: Off the Shoulder Shirt

Hey everyone! So a couple days ago my sister was going to a concert, but wanted her shirt to be more edgy. She wanted me to make it an off the shoulder shirt. I wasn't clear on how to do this, so I experemented on a couple old shirts she didn't want. I'm here to make this a lot eaiser for you!

So all you'll need is an oversized shirt (it doesn't have to be very big, but it can't be tight) For mine, I used a tee that I got at a concert. It was the smallest size they had left, but it was too big for me. So all you do is lay your shirt down on a hard surface, and hold the top and bottom tight. You're going to cut along the collar, tugging on the shirt as you go so the scissors don't cut uneven. After that's all cut, put the scissors about one or two inches below what you already cut and repeat the same proccess. You do want to curve what you're cutting though.

And voilla!! Do you like? By the way, my shirt says I ♥ Disco Curtis (which is a band! Go check him out!! http://www.youtube.com/user/DiscoCurtis )
